Hello!

I’m Natalie, a gap-detector and super-connector who helps make complex systems feel more human, and digital products more intuitive and impactful.

With 10 years of experience in design research and 5+ years focused on digital product strategy and UX, I help clients translate insight into action — shaping thoughtful, seamless user experiences that support both people and business goals.

My approach is curious, industrious, and playful, grounded in systems thinking and shaped by a belief in making the world not just easier, but more meaningful. I love working in cross-functional teams, guiding research, aligning stakeholders, and uncovering new possibilities in ambiguous spaces.

I hold a Master’s in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design (New York, NY) and a Bachelor’s in Industrial and Product Design from Emily Carr University of Art + Design (Vancouver, Canada).

I’ve worked across sectors including government, life sciences, sustainability, fashion, retail, and emerging tech, partnering with public and private organizations in Canada and the U.S. My design research has been presented internationally at XXI La Triennale di Milano and the Cumulus Conference in the UK.
